just one correction:

--> if you staff member has 31,000 per day now... he will cost you 3,5M (112 days x 31000 salary daily) every season... so through 5 seasons he will cost you 15-20M

Ahh yes, I way under-calculated. $12 - $20 Million per good staff member over 5 seasons. 14 staff like that is actually $240MILLION over that period. Holy mother of god!

on the dutch forum someone created the topic "Wailing Wall" (dutch: Klaagmuur). It's a topic where people can ventilate their complaints as much and as often as they want. You can even repeat complaints and then other can complain about that. Discussion is allowed, but not necessary ...

Do you guys actually not train passing on your wingers? I don't train it "as much" as the secondaries - but I see some guys with 15-20 passing on the market with huge o tec and agg. Seems like they'd be duds on a real line. I don't know if stats show that you don't need it but it seems a tad unrealistic if you don't.
