Attributes are based on the following (you have the description in the guide for the attributes importance for every position )
Try to look for attributes ratio that looks like this:
Very big influence = 100
Big influence = 80
Medium influence = 60
Small influence = 40
Very small influence = 20
you can play the ratio a bit (5-10 points above or under)
There is no ratio for SHO or BLK, need to figure out the type of player you want, like an offensive player, give more SHO, pass, speed and jum
for a blocker, more BLK, tec and aggr.
but this varies depending if your player position
PG - medium influence for SHO or BLK as it does not need much of any of them
SG - SHO = Big to very big influence. blocking is less important unless you have a tall player that you want to specialize in defense to neutralized your opponent best players
SF - Keep everything Medium, even SHO and BLK
PF - medium influence for SHO or BLK, use much more jump to score. BLK can be useful in defense.
C - small to very small influence of SHO. BLK is more important, as it is your tallest player trying to block opponent tallest player. Unless a purely offensive center, try to keep block between medium and big, at least medium.
Hope this helps other new players in Canada as we need you. Anyone coming with new or different ideas, please share as this is just open for discussion

I actually use that ratio but I factor in the players Quality so I optimize a players potential.
