He talks to himself in a mirror.
I imagine he attends lectures outside of the team. He probably scans the internet, reads books, anything really to help him do his job better.
I was about to ask this very same question.
Actually I imagine he goes up whatever percentage point of manager training is associated with the top two lecturers. He's a bucket of bits and bytes. So no talking to mirrors or attending off-site seminars. Its all about the numbers.
Why? Is something suspicious? I have no experience with CL bonus, but today I got an offer nearly 100% better than last season. Seems ok to me. (Not that I would not like a bonus to the bonus.

Did you make an international cup and not last year? OTR/HR/Marketing abilities sky rocketed?
Yes, I promoted to first league last season and won it this season. OTR and marketing is also much better, HR is the same. 100% is really much better, so I think CL bonus is included.

Not being suspicious. That´s something that used to occur: first day offer did not count on the international cup ticket.
I've heard of one team claiming to have 30M/week... anyone close to that?
