What the purpose for Regeneration facility then ?
It's for dialy energy.
If you recover faster your daily energy loss (with your regeneration facility), the players who have played the game of the day will have a slightly better training.
But seasonal energy have no influence on Training.

The Problem with training is that there should be a difference in training regarding the intensity you play. A player playing at very low should train better than a player playing normal or even higher.
If there is a difference then it is not noticeable.

question is how he had with such players more possesion
kinda contradicts with first explanation:
- if he received red card with more ball possesion in first 20 mins
- but that is data that we dont have
