I suggest that when you have too many players/staff, your training would be worse.
The thing is ,if it works more people will try and do it, and it willl become less effective. I dont see anything wrong with someone playing the game within the rules that are set up in a different way to other people.
limit must be connected on earned money not numbers of sold players i sold 20 players for 10 000 and have same percentage like someone who sold 20 for 10 000 00 and now i cant sold nothing for months

Yes, traders are playing the game within the rules, but same time game loses interest. I just hope devs would made some rule changes, that trading (at least extreme trading) would be unprofitable and that way game would be more realistic and more interesting.
My dream scenario is only 5% fee for selling players from your own team, and rather double or even triple the fees when selling other players. And only players who is not from your own team would influence the fee.

Yes you are right. But this should be a managing not a trading game. If extreme trading is more important and more successful than the managing.....

Successful as in terms of (getting huge amounts of money and) building up lvl15 facilities and stadium.

You could argue just as easily that anyone joining the game after day 1 will lose interest if there is no path to catch up with the top teams. Trading at least offers a way of doing so if you have the time and patience...
I see his team in hockey and i guess he will succeed this way in soccer too. But please dont misunderstand me. Trading should be a very important part in a manager game. And if he has the time and the lucky hand to pick the right players on the market he deserves to have the money, the team, the success and lots of trophies. I just think this extreme way is not good cause it makes a manager game a trading game. But as you said we will see...
does players popularity decreases the chance to get a red or yellow card?
