is anyone else finding the sponsorship offers a bit lower than they expected?

Even though my ranking wasn't as good as last year (7th instead of 4th due to a 90 minute goal in the last game), I did expect a higher offer than my current contract. Unfortunately, the 1 and 2 star offers are worth as much as my current contract. It's like I played a full season for no apparent reason.

Yes, maybe too much. I have 4* today and just 600k per week more then yesterday (3*) ....
Same thing happened last season. Then mine got a bump - but I'm sure that was from the added int'l cup bonus. I suppose they did make changes. I'm okay with that too.
Nope. I even found a way to calculate new sponsorship offer based on previous season one. It's just about percentages. Our OTR is high, and was lower in seasons before the this. And we made almost the same gain in OTR, but because the number are higher, although difference is still the same, the percentages are lower than in previous seasons, and that's the main reason getting lower percentage increase of sponsorship offers than in previous seasons...
I have PRO yeasterday. Today it ended. And today I found that some of my player haven't got trainings. I don't like this. Will you fix this and set training after PRO is finished to last trained attribute?
I have PRO yesterday. Today it ended. Today I activate my PRO and what I see in practice page? All players haven't got automatic trainings. I activated PRO to for setting up automatic trainings one more time. I want to spend less time using PRO. Now I have to do the same thing I did last time.
Just do not remove/make empty coefficient fields for each player. It's not big deal to store this values. Just do not erase that values. Is it possible to see this in three month?

but your level 10 1* offer would be better than your level 9 1* offer...

Is it considered strange to play with 2 central and 2 side attackers?
I guess it is, but I wanted to be sure cause I´m making a topic about this subject in my country to guide new managers, and I don´t want to put wrong information in it.
