Looks like NK and Kenora pulled it out, and just barely! And cKs was so close.. came down to the weird tie breaker... whoever had the least goals scored on them while at home.
You mean away goals right? Tie-breaker is away goals for. Guess it's one in the same.
Most away goals is a better way to put it hah...
I believe it is called the away goals tie-breaker too. I never thought of it as least home goals against. Perhaps my narrowmindedness has solidified me in the I.1 standings where I am and your openmindedness where you are 
By the away goals rule, the team that has scored more goals "away from home" will win if scores are otherwise equal.
Correct hence OAP advancing over Bow Valley when Bow Valley won at home 2-1 and OAP won at home 1-0.

It is still better then going to overtime with the home team in second leg with big advantage.
I'm almost always the home team so that's advantage me. BUT. Penalties are a damn lottery and I don't need that stress haha
