Easier way to find the players is to go to a u19 game from last season

I decided to make big changes to the tactics of the team. The tactics of most other teams are setup well to counter our current tactics. I believe this is just an evolution of strategies overtime. I will setup the tactic to benifit future managers. I noticed it when I first started looking at the teams this season, but tried to make the best of it.
Nice win today, was important to beat Italy after they lost their first 2 games

haha not sure i understand what the polish team does, i follow them closely with my 2 top players on the team. Such amazing players compared to us, nice win 
Hilariously out rebounded. On a side note, 3 of their players played all 40 mins and they still did fine in the 4th quarter. Obviously the penalty for playing 40 mins isn't big enough
This penalty in kinda weird, because in the NBA, superstar often play 40 to 44 of the 48 minutes for their team. However in PPM, it would be too easy to only buy 5 superstars with no subs and dominate without penalty.
I am a little passed about 3 players playing 40 minutes and still losing.
Found us another SF Rodger Bourdon
Have him scouted and he's trained well..don't know his CL path but he could become our number 3 for a bit,good height too
