Well we won't be down a team this year hopefully. It was a bummer that Jacksonville was given the spot over me because of the alphabet and then he folded.
Wow, thats how it got decided, that stinks.
There was no other way to differentiate the positions, if you look anywhere there is a "tie" in ppm it just goes by alphabet.
i thought it went by ranking in the beginning of the tournament?!
Actually looking back he made it a round further. It was other teams that were higher ranked going in that took it.

not really. you pay staff so much money that you won't get enough cash in return for what you have paid them over the seasons.

Yeah, players are a much better cash cow. 1 season paying a staff member 1,000 per day is 112k for gaining about 20 points (if he's a good one). That's not gonna get much compared to a player who has 1/5 the salary and you can get 4 times the points per season (if he's good - not great) and a much better price.
you run up against the 50% limit pretty quick doing just one. if you sell both you can potentially do better...
