No jojo, what I meant was that his overall rating was only 120 so thats why I thought he would have a high avg Q. Then when he should up he only had a 10 avg Q, And I was bored. lol
As for the stars I think only 1.

I have actually considered checking the market for some 10k scrub with the longest injury I can find, buying him, and then firing him and buying another one when he heals.
I did that a few times back in Beta. Did it work? not sure but didn't get many new injuries to my guys...
I know I'm about to jinx myself, but hey, I figure it'll happen anyways:
I have gone 4 days without anyone being injured on my squad. I think that's a record.
