Wow, was down 4-1 to the Hawks and then came back to win it 6-4. So I'm staying in 1.1 next season.
The first period ended 0-0, the second 4-4, and the final was 6-4, obviously.

OTR is very important as it is a major component in sponsorship contracts.
OTR is a relative measure of long-term team success -- but it doesn't mean I'm the 7th most talented team on paper.
I may have a larger OTR than some League I teams because I win more in the lower league levels -- playoff and National Cup wins padded my OTR a fair deal, and I've played pretty well in all three NCs I've been in.

The Force learned today that they will face off against the Psychos in round two of this year's playoffs. "We're excited to play them - they're perenially a strong contender in this league and we've not ever faced them in the playoffs before" said team captain Alexander Fairchild. "The Psychos really step up their game in the playoffs, and play with an unparalleled intensity" said GM Leggman. "This is what it all comes down to here. First one to 6 wins takes the cup..."
on another note...OTR doesn't really tell you much - some teams with high OTR's are paper tigers. Since OTR gets you more money though (attendance, sponsorship) having a high OTR will help you become a better team over time...
One of the biggest things you can do to improve your OTR is qualify for the Champion's League or the Cup Winner's Cup. You get OTR points for each game played - even if you lose - and since you're playing other highly rated teams you usually gain quite a bit for each game (I've had over 4 points some weeks). Over the course of a season can you can gain an extra 20-40 points on everyone else who's playing friendlies on Thursdays.
And finally...re-reading the comments above from hoax and a few others and I now have to say that 'South Beach Rage' sounds a lot like something a doctor would tell you about when you go in because it hurts to pee...

you'll have to beat the Wings or beat whoever loses between the Psychos and I to get into the top 3.
So I can't even turn this into trash talk??
How disappointing.
How disappointing.

BREAKING NEWS:
Juiced Buckley
March 03, 2010
League officials today announced that Force goaltender Korey Buckley was suspended for two seasons after a positive HGH test. The player has requested a B-sample test, which should be complete in 5 days. This is devastating news for the Force, as they're pushing on for another playoff championship win.
In a statement, the Force organization said, "We were shocked this morning when we informed of the situation. We certainly hope this is just a mistake because Buckley is an integral piece of our core players and also the US national team. Having him out for two seasons will affect our organization. For now we are just hopeful that Buckley, idolized by kids from 3 to 93, is cleared of any wrongdoing by the B-sample. Nevertheless, whatever the outcome, we will stand behind him and support him."
When he heard the news, GM J0J0 announced that he is putting in a formal request with the league to suspend the Force from the rest of the playoffs and include his team, the Saints. "Buckley is a big piece to their puzzle. If he cheated we feel that their team should be disqualified from competing further in the playoffs this season. As the 9th placed team at the end of the season we also feel that we should take their spot for the remained of the playoffs.
"Obviously we also hope that this is simply a terrible mistake because he is our national team's goaltender, but fair is fair. We need to eradicate from the game players that get better using illegal substances. In fact, we fired a senior defender last season after our team trainer saw him inject himself with PEDs."
He finally said on his way out, "What's my message to the kids? Don't do drugs."
We also tried to reach the Force GM Leggman but those calls were not returned. However, an unofficial source informed us that he has been co-hosting with Playboy a week long party on his 120 foot yacht in the Caribbeans.

This explains A LOT!! I could have sworn I saw Popaji delivering boxes of what he called "candy". I knew Buckley had a sweet tooth and all but who could eat that much! Well, better to have been caught juicing than to have come down with a case of "the rage".
Hey, dont sell your team short. You've obviously got a good team skating there.
Lol I put 7 of my starters in TC and then the another starter got injured.
I like playing 5 defenseman on like 3
