So it's not possible to play for both the CWC and CLC...seems like the strongest teams would be in CLC and it would be more advantageous to play in CWC instead to get a higher chance of winning games and boosting OTR
That's exactly why I was dyslexic in my last soccer game to finish 5th in the league . It'll all be for nothing if Brutal Deluxe wins the ChL though

So close to knocking off Hooligans! But, alas, with a loss and a win by the 5th place team in the conference, I'm once again in a tie for 4th. The good news, a narrow loss combined with a sizable loss for him vs. Hooligans yesterday means I extended my goal differential lead.
Was starting to get close at the end(last play was funny) You are almost garanteed winning goal differential so now you just need to win the last 2 to get 4th place...also to note Gehause is within 1 game of both of you with a crazy win streak
Yea, I know. I ran an instant challenge against LOW and won by 1. I figure if I win vs. LOW 4th place is mine. I'm confident I can defeat NDS.
Interesting to note, goldfish is going with a lineup of rookies for the remainder of the season, saves energy and gives youngsters experience but seems to me like OTR is more important this early on...he could probably be much higher in OTR
Yup, agreed. Plus, it messes up the standings for those who play him now vs. earlier on.

Well I think I can't get to 4th place with such a huge goal differential, except if you loose by suprise.

By the way, conference A has an even better playoff race with 2 teams with the same goal ratio. :O
By all means play VL and save your energy for the P/R round
