In the Aussie league we seem to get a lot of people try, then not try again - yes aussies seem to be impatient (with 41 managers currently)... PPM requires a few days / even a week to master it, but after that you start to understand the mechanics and different ways to play...
So it you get that far good, but as a newbie the sense of making progress takes a while - as there are very few instant rewards in the first season especially if you pick up a noname team in the bottom 4. Other than building up your team... how can we get some early achievements to encourage people to stick around (and even buy credits!
...
Some suggestions:
- For the achievement junkies - and like most online games - implement some more achievements... (maybe first 200+ OR from sports academy... 1st over-achieving win... consecutive wins...or goals... most injuries a season....1000 other possibilities... This may help newbies (and also oldies too) feel like they are making progress faster).
- Newbie Cup Tournament - maybe twice a season...
- Have some team incentive/reward/achievement for community support/forums
- Well throwing this out there - Have an additional pyramid league to country league for PRO players (a larger Continent based one.... at least if your small country league is quiet (and predictable) you also have a larger league to focus on - maybe that 2nd league is just 16 teams playing twice a week?).... basically more games / better chance of one league getting interesting.
Probably nothing said, that hasn't be said before, but saw the Suggestions forum and went for it

I think "bot" teams should be automatically allocated to the last places of the table once the league ends, even before promotion matches are played.
The current system is not fair at all for the teams with real users involved, imho...

I agree with it, the only problem i see here is, what if the active player want to be relegated?

A LOT of people do. Relegation means they can dominate the lower leagues and earn much more OTR, which in turn gives them far greater benefit.
It's one of the flaws of the system.

I agree with that...but in a lower league, means less money or not?
I think that ti would be great if we could arrange ticket prices of our home games....it would be more effective and profitable i think..
Yes, less money, but many people believe the OTR gain is far more important, as building your OTR high means better offers etc from sponsors. So go down, get a huge OTR then get promoted again to get big income boosts.
Never thought or that..... so u mean that if i get higher OTR and i participate in a lower league, i coulde get more money from sponsors from a team in a higher league with lower OTR?
placement also plays there a big role. It's better to to be in the Top3-5 in lower league than mediocre or low ranked team in higher league
Yep, and as IzzaX said, finishing higher in the lower leagues gives you a LOT MORE money than winning low in a higher league. Yet another flaw in the system
