can you pm the ratios you will be looking for for the team as well?
I don't know if anyone has found the perfect ratio for handball yet. I haven't played soccer much, but I would think that would be a good ratio to start with.
If I am elected I will give more details. Most of the plan for the national team would be parallel to what I am working on for my own team.

Giving away the best ratio at this stage will make it even harder for me to win! I should really do a full-blown analysis of ratios. That being said, it is much harder now since tournaments reverted back to non-100% energy.
There is a global database for NT players. I was thinking we could take advantage of this pending we'll have access to the players uploaded. I checked it out and it is pretty slick. You simply submit your practice page source code and it uploads your whole team to the database. Sure, you can do player-by-player but it is far more simply to upload a whole team.

So if I end up with players on the National team, Do they miss league games to play NT games? or friendlies? does this cause my team any benefit? or just national pride?
They will not miss league games, only Saturday friendlies. The last week of the season they may be away too but if you have a P/R game they'll play that *and* the NT game.
Playing for the NT will increase popularity of the player (more fans = more $) in addition to increasing his training while called up to the NT plus the added experience gained.
All round, NT call ups are a GOOD THING!

never mind. I see the instructions are on the web page to upload, which helps.
CTRL + U on Windows. Just remember, it is against the rules to comment on the result of a game before it is completed.
I didn't comment on a game result did I?...
My players are uploaded Gotot. there are 2 players at 300... sure that doesn't really help out our team... but if you need or even slightly want them, please take them!
