Will I have three training camps in the next season if I spend only one in this?
No, two is maximum. But if you start camp in this season and it continues to next season, it doesn't spend your next season camps.
Vlady, does the stadium capacity has any influence on the general sponsor?
I've read the guide. What I actually meant is some tips such as whether I should invest in facilities and the arena or in better players... you know, tips from more experienced players

Sports Academy

Regeneration Academy
Human resources and economic department
3)
Education center
Medical center
4)
Maintenance center
I would say the above is pretty standard with some small deviations for some managers

Still not found a second coach in the staff draw thing.... odds are in my favour apparently. And no players from the sports academy the entire second season with 3 or more stars. that is just bonkers.
What is the point in building sports academies and getting staff for them really? It is ridiculous.
If you are lucky you can get good players and you train much better at traininc camps.
But I've seen that you've been really really unlucky with the pulls.
I didn't build Sport academy at all in the beginning because it was to big to relay on so I bought and sold players instead, and build training academy. I guess that's what you have to do if you're not geting that good players that some get.
They are changing the Sport academy next season thou, so you will definitly get some good player then.
