Because either I consider their training to be bad, or the player has almost no experience. I am very surprised that players aged 26,27,28,29, 30 have so little experience.

The difference in the strength of the players here at PPM is mainly due to the number of experiences. Most players train in the background to the maximum. The player can train attributes up to a maximum of 655, so there is not much difference here. I know the Czech national team best, so from here I will give examples...
CM in the Czech team has a rating of 80-100 ... CF has a rating of 200 ... It is given by experience (exp). When the Czech coach NT takes a young player into the team, the player already has a lot of exp.
Now the new "RM" Bořek Černoch (24 years) is in the team and he already has 106 exp.
RD Bronislav Masař (23 years old) - he has an expy of 128. And I could go on. In the NT of the Czech Republic, a player aged 30 has 200 exp.
That's why the team's strength here in Canada is weak against the best PPM teams. Because its players start playing in teams when they are 25-30 years old.

Our first opponent was Paraguay. We won at home 3:2 and wrote 3 points in the table.

I see a difference in the minutes played ... Dumigan played a third of what Webber did. ST.PIERRE plays in Croatia almost always in the lower half of the table. The Croatian league will be stronger than the Canadian. We do not know if all 3 of these players play against weak opponents.
