Trueblue not that I want to or am even good enough to do so but how do you elect to run as manager for the national team?

Cavaelen you are 100% right. But! This vote is really interesting. Australian dont have footbal forums. It is forbidden to write to the managers. How can an unknown foreigner manager arrive the australian comunnity? So its almost impossible my situation.

Now I write here, thats my only option. Now, you dont interested in me. You dont ask, and it seems you dont want to know me that: „Is this guy good for captn?” No problem. Then pls let me ask.

Before i ask, i must tell, that if i dont win, i want to stay in australian forum, and help by the national team. I think there is not to much australian manager, and my help come good.

Do anybody have problem if i ask here? You sleep now and cannt answer, so my first questions and ideas i write now.

Trueblue, wich task/object do you want to do anyway? Do you have the company to do that? If you win, do you need my help? (I will need yours! Without you, and the other australian i cannt do good national team.)

Let me tell you what i mean about company. Managers, who help you searching the best australian players in australian teams and out too. ... who help you scout enemies strategies. .. who help you scout players. ... who take care australian young talents (with bests facilities). ...and so.

By the way i agree that, we must know all australian players first, after that we can find the place of national team in national hierarchy. I think we must know the enemy too. And there is a 3rd important thing: What will be the strategie? Young talents to the national team to get later a better team, or use old fox to get a great team now. Here is an other interesting thing. Scotland has 38 team. They are 37th place, and promote to WC at this moment (half time). Australia has 53 team.

I wait your answers, and of course you say, that i disturb you with my questions and ideas in this forum, then i will be sad and disappear.

I dont think so. You can scout enemies strategie, you can scout australian players by foreigners team. Or you can help the new managers. They can be so interested in this game, and shortly pick up new 15 years old talent. You can write articles, or tell us what would you make different as the actual capt'n.

You are active australian manager. This is the most important thing, what the captn needed.

i have just seen it happen before, people turn up and try and be nt manager and the disappear again. until i know someone there is no way i would be voting them in and unfortunately turning up just before elections doesnt give me enough time to know someone.

Of course i have my selfish reasons to make a good national team. Reputations, experience, learn from others, exercise the english language. I have really much selfish reason.

Why australian? English language. I dont understand the other foreigner candidated in other countries. How will they speak with that managers, who cant speak a national language? The hungarian capt'n in scotland, he speak english, and every manager in Scotland. Easy job, good team, 37th place.

The other reason, that australian national team is new. I like to be there from the begins, and watch how will be something better and higher from nothing.

I think my reasons are prosaic. Not a romantic story, but really fated. Discuss after discuss, ideas after ideas, and i dock here, in this forum.
