I don't think you get OTR for losing CWC, i have lost both games and haven't got any OTR at all

If I sort players by G (Goals) on page soccer.powerplaymanager.c... my player is first listed in list. After my player stand another player with same goals scored. But my player is the first.

I got OTR today after my 3rd CWC loss so it seems to work now

Yeah, and when you manage to get to the CWC or CL and don't win a single game you still want some kind of reward. Although just qualifying for them gives u some kind of sponsor bonus, right?
Why should you be rewarded if you don't win any games?
OTR reward? OTR is kinda your team's status among the world. Playing in elite tournaments will put you on the map.
