Don't play so aggressive and you won't get that many cards. Or train their tech up.
I think I get too many Penalty kicks, between 1-3 a game and I usually only score on one of them.
I play in low aggressivity...

It's not normal the forwards get more cards than defenders, it's just not normal, even if you play agressive. Go see real football matches and see who gets more cards.

I do not play aggressive and my forwards are not bad in technique.
The goalkeepers sucks too..
Did the player missed the target or the goalkeeper saved it?
If a shit goalkepper faces a shit forward on a penalty kick it's more likely that you miss the penalty than if a star forward faces a star goalkepper.
Why? Because anyone can defende a penalty, it's just a matter of luck.

Also adding this to my sentence.
I can't see how it's just luck if you save a penalty. You have to see where the player is going to shoot. That's not that easy..
