Our domain registrar has experienced some difficulties with DNS record after moving to new servers, that's why under some rare conditions PPM can be unreachable for you until your DNS is refreshed
I've been having this issue a lot recently.
Here is an error that a user reported
One of his players (Silvio Almeida) appears in players page with the symbol saying that he is in the scouting list:

But in players page img163.imageshack.us/img1... , the same symbol is not showed on top and the list to add the player to scouting list is enabled.
Also, the player is not listed in his scouting list:

Why did I only get new talents with OR around 130 this season? My Sport Academy level is 5 and I got most of new talents with OR around 200 last season. Is this a bug?
No, it is just you getting spoiled by good luck last season. 
You won't always be getting good (or even decent) players so better get used to pulls like this as well.

We have got people with SA level 10/11 with no more then 200 OR this season. But perhaps next pull. What demian said just bad luck this season.

the top collecters section is gone. there only stands my own team and nothing else.
Today I have a very high variable costs.
I have two players sold today for:
600 000 transfer fee
Contribution 54,000 (9%)
and
441 000 transfer fee
Contribution 48,510 (11%)
The variable costs are today 529 307.
I also received no reports that there are extra costs incurred. Strange that amount.

I had stadium expenses raised too. Likely "Vandals in the Stadium" without the News Feed Posted.
Normally, those costs are listed under maintenance stadium, maybe that's changed.
