Where are you guys seeing the number of votes cast? Are you confusing preferential votes (which are only used for nomination purposes, if necessary) with actual votes for a candidate in the election?
You have to go to elections then season 12 and round 2 then it gives you the numbers.
I for one don't feel comfortable voting for national managers because I don't really know the candidates well enough. I leave that up to the more experienced managers. But I do support and root for our teams.

If you have players who are age 18 or less with OR at least 750, post them here or upload them to database.
Yeah, like I suspected earlier, you were looking at preferential votes, which are just nominations that come into play if too many managers sign up for the elections.

See that's the problem: we didn't have many wingers available before with 750+, and none of my American guys are there yet.
Yeah. Will be a tough season. So many players moved to U-20 team and not many replacements available.
