2. You have stronger defense but you played attacking tactic. He has stronger attack at least in first line, and he played attacking tactic. That means you are not MUCH stronger, just a bit stronger.
3. Goalie is better for a lousy 4 points. That is almost nothing.
4. He played at home.

For me, this match is not so good for analysis because differences are not huge as you think. Result is big, I guess you would be satisfied loosing in OT.
What about earlier games ? I know some history of yours, and there are cases where this game is nothing compared to them.

Home team's shooting is really poor, but their efficiency was just great (over 10% without PP and 12.5% overall). Away team's shooting is considerably better and their efficiency just sucked against worse goalie. That's what bothers me a lot in this match and in too many other matches.

there has to be something more than the rough strenght ant team power and shooting etc. maybe we don't know what, and that's why don't understand this kind of results.

If we go by this example, than I could post my yesterday's game hockey.powerplaymanager.c... or this game hockey.powerplaymanager.c... and hockey.powerplaymanager.c... or even this one hockey.powerplaymanager.c... These are all matches where I had better goalie and better shooting, but I can see opponents are close to me, and I don't need to make big fuss about it.

If we reduce really big randoms, than we could concentrate to smaller ones, that's the point.

I have better goaltending then most of teams in my league and shooting like other teams.

If it happens once or twice I am OK with that, but lost 5 games that I have 10 or even more shots then opponent is just unexplainable to me

it is not just unexplainable to you. the engine is not what it should be. Every game day is a christmas day and the engine has a lot of gifts, but not for you

I total agree with you!
I just looked fast replay of today's game and in first minute (1:12) my team get 4 minutes of penalty and from first 2 shoots scored TWO goals.
In first 10 minutes I had 7 shots, opponent had total 2 shoots and score was 0:2.
Until 42 minutes I managed 21 shoot against 10 and score was still 0:2

So it is just something unbeliveable to deal with. Can anybody tell me, if there is any logical reason for that, because I can not find the reasonable explanation ?
