I'll also have you note that I was given the OTR bonus of promoting and still ended up losing money in my sponsorship offer.
If I had a similar season the sponsorship offer would decrease even more.
Sure, promoting is great, if you can become a top 8 team, but if you promote and struggle, you're better off demoting until your can improve your team.
Unfortunately for PPM, the best way to excel at this game is to constantly promote/demote every season.

Owners signed a 5* media deal with 12M/week. Quite relieved. That's 30M/week plus skyboxes...

i agree, that does seem odd
I'm really only getting 2M/week more than you with my media deal considering the 20% bonus for CWC. The increase in OTR and rink capacity likely is the cause. I was at your level of capacity (give or take) this time last season and had an offer in your neighbourhood.

I was at 12,000 or so. Or 10,000. But you're right. I.1 should attract more sponsor cash. The other hand your seats will get filled much easier than mine.
Just got back from vacation and saw that i signed 2x 2* contracts.... Crap. But these are still better than most of your 5* contracts 
just out of curiosity, how much is your usual daily expense?
5.2M$ per day for my expenses.
