Hmmm. Must be the HR level or div2 since your OTR is damn good. Although there is a fair difference even from your level of managers to 100. Next year give it a shot. They're only a few mil (including the fee for sacking them) on the market and will easily make you that over a season.

Inked a 5* Skybox deal. Reject 3rd straight media deal. Guess I'm leaving the media deal to the PPM gods.
Well, I guess for every good thing there has to be a bad thing. My general sponsor doubled from last year but media sponsor decreased by about 40%..
Turned down 13M/week 2* (+2M from last season)
