I want to buy a players. Where I can give a notice?
I am playing in 4.1 in hockey, if I finish 2nd place in the playoff and lose the qual, will I still be moved up due to dead teams? What position am I sure not to advance?
it might happen, but I don't know what you need to do to stay in fourth league
Maybe for collecting more OTR and sponsor incoming than upper level.
Well I am not "that" into hockey at the moment so I want to idle until I get more energy to engange in it more. Anyway, is it managerexperience / otr / position based if you advance or not?
Hey!
I'd like to hear from someone who uses powerplay tactic "shooting from the point" and, especially, if it works properly, because it doesn't work at all for me. And that's very disapointing, because I've trained my top 4 D-men just the way to make it work. You can take a look at my top pair via this link:

As you can see, one defensman has hihg Passing value, but other has a stroong shot, just what game makers claimed to be the best way for this tactic. Ive played this way since the powerplay tactics first came out, and Im at the bottom in my leagu by powerplay %. However, my team is among strongest in my leage so I find it unacceptable.
Also it wais claimed that If a Defensman with good passing ability plays in the same pair with a D-men with good shooting skill, the shooter will shoot more often, score more goals, but passer will get more assists. However, that doesn't seem to be the case - D-men with higher Overall raiting is taking much more shoots and shooting skill affects nothing but shooting %.
Have I done somthing wrong or this tactic just isn't working?

Maybe, If I would increase my shooting defenseman's offenisve skill, he will take more shots?
Doubt it. Think it's a penalty in the sense of not making your other skills as high as they could be. The trick is finding the most efficient rate of shot training to non-shooting skill.
