You're not going to want to hear this, but i'm gonna say it anyway.

Your team is stronger, but not really by a "lot". Considering how strong teams can get, the difference between your team and the other is not really as massive as you might think.

He also played extra high importance, to your extra low, so he had a MAJOR advantage there.

The biggest mistake here was that you failed to account for how strong he might be or what tactic he might play.

Upsets do happen in sports, and this game is no different. Getting upset about it wont change anything.

And also you are saying that Slovak or Czech hockey goalies are only 5 points better in rating than Serbian goalies?

sometimes one tactics is good the next time absolutly wrong.

There are a lot of other results which shows the weaknesses of the engine better than yours and the comparison with the real life (Serbia v. Slovakia or Czech Republic) seems to be not really suitably, but when you say:

Anyways, if you were playing an offensive tactic, the result should have been in your favor.

Now that is one of the matches that should not happen. At all! You should complain, but you are realistic enough, and know it wouldn't do any good.
