I'm not very certain how changing employees in Medical Center influence players injuries. If I put staff that has very good prevention skills, players should have lesser probability to get injured, and if I put those who are very good with treatment, players should recover faster ? So far I haven't seen this second option to work, and first one I can't see for sure, so how does it work actually ?
i think the first attribute goes into the (daily/weekly) calculation if there is an injury and if yes, the second attribute goes into the calculation how many days the player will be injured
So if my player is injured and I switch physicians to those who are better at treatment, they will eventually shorten his injury period ? I've tried several times but nothing special has happened. Maybe I didn't notice change, but I would like to hear if somebody has seen.
injury period doesnt change after it is set, the second attribute is calculated into it right in the first calculation of the injury period. thats not confirmed, just my personal guess
Aha, so you think injuries depend on attributes only before they happen, and can't be changed when they are already there. Seem fair enough that way also.

Does anybody know why I keep getting lots of penalties? All players have tech at least equal with aggressiveness. Most of players have tech higher than agr.
your opponents have even more tec which leads to a lot of penalties for you. same here btw
If you both have a lot of tech, maybe tech has nothing to do with it.
If that is true, then my 4th line should take most of my penalties because they all are young players who have a quite low tech.
My experienced defenders are taking most of my penalties who all have tech on good level.

i have the same problem. i am leading the penalty statistic and not one of my players has agg>tec. but it must have something to do with those two attributes. i know many of my opponents train tec+20=agg and i think thats the key
It might depend on the type of action, and also type of tactic don't you think?
Guess your defenseman would rather take a penalty whenever he lost the puck after an interception, a counter attack, or an winger who is just about scoring in front of the net...

It might depend on the tactics chosen for the game, but not so much...
pacman explained it very nicely, if your opponent has higher tech/agression ratio than your players have, you will get more penalties. It was even confirmed from one of the officials (I believe it was Vlady, but I can't remember any more).
