Theres an old saying that fits this....
"Theres NO substitute for experience"
Experience isn't overated imo, in most sports, players and teams, the really really good ones, have experience in the bucket loads.

it would be great implemetin for young managers if there would be player transaction comparision to see if he isn't overpaying for average player.
please change transfer taxes policy... I bought just one player in my entire career in PPM, I sell just my own players, it`s not a day-trading and I have to pay such a high taxes... So please at least make that if player is from your own academy so you pay the smallest amount of taxes then selling him...
hehe, why do you keep a worthless player? To sell him for just 10k? So I guess you should think about fire such players in future as I'm doing also. Every trader would be happy about any change of this system. I guess this system is great if you adapt your behaviour!
any way, player from your own academy should not be taxed in same rate as players you resell... Or you should get some percent of price from next time then that player will be sold...
I agree with zyzla on this one
your own grown players shouldn't be taken into consideration when selling

all this would result in more profit for trading. and I guess trading should also be possible, just not with much profit that non-traders does have a too big disadvantage. And I guess it's not really bad as it is now. maybe it could be helpful if there are some fees if a bought player is sold earlier than after 2 seasons. and then the old owner get's the fee so he could also profit from the trader... I don't know...
you are right... but keep in mind that also traders do have own players... so trading will be a little easier if the rules will be changed...
Yep. Considering how many players we get from the SA each season, if only 50% of them are sold, we're still going to be over the limit and taxed higher.
it's a glitch in the thinking behind the system imho.

I guess soon you will not have to keep more than every 5th player... so there is no need to adjust this rule imho. The advantage for traders will be bigger than the advantage for normal users without foreign players a.e. like ZyZla.
sure traders have their own players, but not all of them will train superfast and supereasy hé
a separate system for home-grown players should be put into place if you ask me

what about a loss of training if a team has more than 40 players? this might be much better system...
Very true.
The biggest problem is that people list junk players on the market instead of simply firing them.

yep, so they should adapt their behaviour to the rules. every team on high level will only keep the top youth players and will fire or sell most of them in future. so the problem will be: when is it needed to fire and when it's better to sell him... only this problem is a challenge I guess

Yeah - after 40 players there is a "coaching" problem and training is reduced a % per player over the limit - this way the guys loading up on 60+ players will lose so much training that it won't be close to profitable.
It makes sense as well as coaches would be taking on an extra percentage of workload with over the top players.
