Guess what, the Pro Pack doesn't give additional game advantage.
You can claim that their ability to have pre-set tactics is an advantage, their scouting is an advantage.
Honestly, if you think this is that big of a deal, then you need to find someone else in your life to focus on.
That one hour of them being able to access the game is almost nothing in the grand scheme of things. If you want to make that your life goal, go ahead.
I'm just inputing my view that I don't think it is important and the Devs can focus on something more important to the game (or getting their next game ready).

How did I smack myself in the head.

On the pro discusion and the market. I think I've bid on players in the hour leeding up to the game. Been awhile since I was a buyer frankly. They say 1/2 hour for game calculations but it's really 7-10 minutes usually. Not a huge amount of time. Now in technical terms it is a small advantage for pro owners. But frankly I see it as insignificant personally. No long playing manager is going to run quality players in the hour before the game for the very reason being talked about.
I'd say on balance PPM has been very fair in it's implementation of pro and what is offered relative to non pro users. There are slight advantages. But the word is slight IMHO. They do have to sell pro to pay for the game.

One, I'm not hating on the ProPack owners. I just lost a bid on a player cheap because we had been extending the bidding on the player during a bidding war and then the timer hit so that I could not respond (my fault for not checking the time) and I lost out on the player for much less than I would have paid for him.
I didn't hate the owner, I sent him a congratulations message, so quite the opposite.
And as for hitting yourself in the head you said "... because you are too cheap to pay" and yet you don't own one either.

Well you would have to be a pro-pack member to sell at that time as well - either to pick a custom sale time or to perform the action to sell during the window.
thats the point, the pro-pack owner in the bidding war got the player because no one else that was trying to get the player could bid on him.
the player was put on sale a long time ago, and his deadline was not originally in the lockout time, the bidding war pushed his deadline into the lockout time.
Yeah, I am too cheap to pay, but I'm not the one complaining about the fact that they can buy players during the game calcs.
He is cheap trust me. He is so cheap that he doesn't bother PAYING attention when I PM him every now and again

Maybe they should just re-word the site to say that the pro pack users will only gain a minor advantage. I mean, it's not like pro users are just active... they're actually spending their money to help keep this game FREE for everybody else.
If pro users stopped paying, chances are this game would not even be here. A minor advantage is a small price to pay for those unwilling or unable to come up with the cash to financially support the game we all love playing.

I suppose that is reasonable enough. It still is easy to shake ones fist at it!
What where is ones fist and what is in ones hand that the fist is around?
