But hey, look at your sponsoship deals. Realistic, eh?
If you make 12M / week from sponsors then 12K / day or 80K/week is nothing. And yes, i know when you add 10 members of staff it adds up but do you need so many high overall staff? Make decisions of what you can afford.
Just bring the expenses up. It is a great way of dealing a lot of problems with this game. (day traders, market inflation, etc)

Umh, so your telling that we should get rid off our good staff members and leave bad ones? :S
I did a bit of calculation and if 10 players ask you that 20 000/week in 1 season you would lose over 20 millions! millions! to 10 staff members!
And my players (average salary of 800)
get just over 2M in season, and that's just ridiculous too.

And another thing is - don't pump up only just one skill with a stuff because they will get bigger paycheck.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that coach which has attys like 30-30, wants less money than one with 50-10

No, just keep those that you consider worth keeping.
The lecturer I spoke of yesterday, who was on 10,550 per week is now earning an incredible 44,070 having just sealed a new contract with my team...
Yep, thats right...
His salary has jumped a MASSIVE 300% +
This is wrong in my opinion, just sayin'

LOL @ Myself. Hmmm... what else am I missing?

Perhaps I should read the guide again. Meh!
OK. Time for an (overdue) update...
well...short version. i'm doing a lot better since the stroke last month. i'm not back at work yet. still get tired easily, am a bit weak and have some dizziness. i also get sensory overload while riding in a car as my brain tries to keep up with everything moving around. another symptom we just identified is my body temperature regulation is kind of messed up. for no reason i start sweating or get chilled. but, the good news is tomorrow (thursday 5/27 here in the states) the doctors are doing a 30 minute procedure to close the hole in my heart which caused the stroke. (by the way...the condition is called a Patent Foramina Ovale, in case you want to look it up) and i should be back to work by mid-June if the symptoms abate enough.
how's that for a short version (lol).

That sucks to hear you're still have those other effects :/ I sure am glad to hear they've decided to go ahead with the procedure to close up the small hole. That should equate to less future risk of the the clot at least. I sure hope the best for you tomorrow and you'll be in my thoughts.
