and yes, by far, it can range till up to 6 skills, with such low levels that's quite a lot
not telling all of them are like this, but I know I didn't get a great team (apart from my goalie)
ps: not sure if they keep training, if they do, well, they keep improving, we go faster though, but still, if you have a gap, it takes quite a while to catch up with such slow trainings
