Why on earth was the most expensive player on the market's contact terminated prematurely? WTH was the manager thinking? That is 25+mil out the window!

I didn't see the player, but one of the reason could be accidently hitting NO in automatic contract renewal....
It was premature contract termination though... meaning you had to axe him... no?
How can you tell it was premature and not checked NO in automatic extension of contract?

It's not possible. The best without camp is 0,7
that manager contacted me. he did it by accident. He right clicked the link to fire the player (he wanted to click some other link near that) and then clicked Open in New Tab and there was unfortunately no confirmation step. Very unfortunate and I told the guys to give him back to the manager if possible and also to fix this problem.
