Trueblue knows the truth - Ott can say that he "plays hard" and all that other crap, but he's dirty, always will be. He's no Canada U21 team captain though.

I think you either don't know much about Ott, or are too biased to actually take a look at his play in detail. He pushes the limits, yes, and has been guilty of indiscretions.

I am curious, as you seem to know so much about how "douche" Otter is, name me some incidents where he was absolutely 100% dirty.

Harding started that with the shove into Ott. If he had just shoved then gone back to things it would have been fine, instead he shoved Ott, then preceded to hit him.

He plays for the Dallas Stars. Mike Modano and the Eagle Belfour are the only players to play in that pit to escape douchedom. The only thing worse in hockey than being a Dallas star is to be a Colorado Avalanche.

In all seriousness though, Ott just fell overhimself and Harding freaked out - down 4-1 I guess being a little chippy is expected but Ott does have a "habit" of being in the wrong place awfully often.

Steve Ott should watch footage of Tomas Holmstrom - he will learn how to play the game properly

1. I never said anything bad about Ott, and didnt mean for it to be a bash on him thing

2. The issue wasn't that Ott fell on Harding, it was that he just sat there on top of him a little longer than Harding thought was appropriate.

3. Regardless of Ott's intentions, Harding earned a ton of respect from Wild fans for standing up to him. That was my only point.

You really are an absolute idiot. Do your math, the Stars have been one of the top 5 most successful franchises over the last 10 years, both financially off the ice, and on the ice.

Unless you're just trying to get a reaction, and I assure you, I will give you one and you want, i suggest you either do your math, or stop talking about stuff you clearly don't know enough of to offer up a decent debate.

While I could debate this with you, and pretty much wipe the floor with you, I have better things to do at this time of night, and to be honest, i care so little about your opinion i would not waste my time.

The thing is, you can't separate what you see from your loyalties no matter how unbiased you are trying to be. Was Harding the aggressor? absolutely. But from what I saw it looked like Ott just sat there taking his grand old time to move. Did he have a legitimate reason to do so? possibly, only he knows that.
