Subject: National team Q&A

I imagine there will be a lot of questions about my choices for defensemen. (Side note, Horsfield is already on the team from last year and I can't drop him now, so he may still be called into action).

Basically I'm employing a 2:1:1:1 ratio for the D-men in this year's team... Primaryassing:Technique:Aggression. So that was a factor.

As well, I'm placing a lot more emphasis on shooting attributes this season, even in defensemen.

Those two factors were the big ones in selecting the team.

Rest assured, since he is on the team from last year, and my criteria didn't have him selected, his primary attribute is good enough to warrant him being injected into the lineup if I feel that we're lacking defensively.

Another win for Team Canada in exhibition play. The UK tried to outwit us with their tactics, but Team Canada's GM outmaneuvered them, and the team responded well.

If my calculations are correct on September 12th the Cloverdale Canucks will become inactive and Canada's highest AQ player will hit the market. As a Canadian community I hope we can find someone to keep this fine player in our country. Saints.... well done picking him for the NT to retain his services.
