Not yet, I'm doing what I can... observing little by little with only 60% observation. I'm trying to buy another 100% observation manager to try to speed things up.But for now, whoever sends me player scouts will have a head start on getting called up. Whoever sends me players they've already scouted will have an advantage.

I haven't observed everyone yet; it will take time. There are dozens of players, and I've observed 69% per day, even with 70/100 coaches. I called up some players today as a safety measure. We have to play the next game. The next step is to find reserves for each position, or even starters if possible. But we have three lines and two goalkeeper too ready to next game. Any help is welcome. I asked for help the other day, but no one sent me the players' qualities, which will be essential for selecting 17-year-olds or potential reserves.

First of all, I appreciate your effort and help. But you sent me incomplete information. First, you didn't have all the skills or qualities of all the player's attributes.Apparently he only had the main attributes. 3 or 4 attributes, and what complicated it was that you didn't even describe what was what... Example sent me a player with only 4 attributes apparently RW/LW or Center, but he didn't mention whether he was a TEC, pass, attack, etc. So I can't know if he's a center or a wing. Other managers didn't tell me his qualities either, just his skills.
