In the other thread it was accepted and submitted to development, so be patient, it will come.
lots of text and I dont have time to go through it. What exactly do you have in mind?
Lol. Don't worry about it. The design is fine as is if you dont want anybody to expand their arenas.
Please fix staff Salaries, i made a thread in USA , sorry please delete it. It is no secret to anyone who has played for 3 or more seasons that there is a serious issue. I love my staff, make no mistake. but i do not love them enough to pay this over priced salary.
Please try and look at this asap, by next season I will not be able to afford 3 of my staff.

Staff salaries are designed this way because of their large influence on the facilities. Take them as an upgrade to the facility. It is not going to be changed any time soon.
*mumbles* Fair enough, if that is the design. I feel this is an advantage for the higher clubs who make alot more cash. Only 2 people from Div 3 can move up at a time. It takes about 3 season to be in the theick of moving up. this means a team can linger in div 3 for ages. So while div 2 and 1 make the cash to offset this, by being able to afford the larger stadium setups, the people in div 3 cannot afford to go past 1st seat section. This leaves us at a severe disadvantage when we we do get to move up.
Most of us here will 100% agree that things are not good with staff salary, but PPM have assured us that over time, the player salaries will make the staff ones look tiny. This is apparently because the Staff have a lower max. AI than players do.
So while there apparently isn't an issue, it is a very questionable way of programming the staff.
i've trained and sold numerous staff so far... if nothing else, the way PPM have badly programmed it have encouraged some great buy/sell abuse of the market system. Go figure.

I think once free agency starts you'll see those player salaries skyrocket, and you will be singing a different tune about staff vs player very quickly

I know.
My issue isn't with the staff salary's going so high. It's with the way the system is programmed that my staff are paid almost 50 times more than my players right now. It's a minor issue, but i spend a ton of time working with programmers, and get picky about things like this. LOL

i understand what you mean, but like i said the ratio of staff to players is about to drastically change, so changing the staff salary now would need to be fixed again later, which has been their stance for a while now.
We all need to remember that most of the players we all have on our teams are between 15-21 years old or so. We're playing with kiddie teams. After a few more seasons we're get rolling with older players making a lot more money.
Exactly, and while the staff to player imbalance looks insane now (and it does) if they change it now, they'd have to change it again later, and it would just be extra work.
