You ask me general. My answer will general and simple. The hungarian issue has 24249 member in soccer. If i have a problem, then i can ask 24249 people. More people, more match and more experience, what we can discusse.
The hungarian issue has 2 good NT Coach (hungarian and scottish teams). I have a good example before my eyes.
The most of the work from an NT Coach is not visible. Here some example:
If an australian top team goes to the end and this team have got some of the best talents and this talents are not called in the NT team in time, so they wount go to market and dissmiss, that can not happend. This is the work, what not visible, but almost the most important. Its a principle to be in contact with the owners from NT members. Who is not doing that...pf...
Or an NT Coach must search in every week the new 15 years old talents, and scout them.
Or NT Coach must build a system, separating the works between helpers. Searching zeaolus australians who would help for the NT (not for the coach). NT Coach can move on, but helpers can stay, (maybe move forward to NT Coach.) Like TB, who dont have much time being NT Coach, but i m sure, that he woud help for the NT with little works. (scouting young talents, or anything else)

Fair point and thanks for responding. I'm going to support N8dawg, however. He seems to have put more thought into how he will manage the team than Pablo.

N8dawg50, who will be your helper? What do you think, what are the good skillratios? How will you achieve, that the owners should train the NT member in the right ratio? How much australian player did you scout, or know their skills and quality?

I've always been a bit confused why we need to answer to you, if you don't have an Australian team. Could be being a bit direct but N8dawg50 really only represents the Aussie team and managers. You're probably a good bloke I'm just supporting our Aussie managers as a default.

Thanks for the support guys. I will definitely put my best into the team. In terms of who my helper is I will wait till after elections and if I get elected will talk with some managers and see who will best fit. As for Australian players I know HEAPS I have scouted mainly Aussie players since starting in PPM. As for having managers train there players correctly I would send a polite email to let them know and if they choose to listen great but as the saying goes... "You can lead a horse to water but can not make them drink" if the manager chooses not to listen to me then that is there choice. Besides if I am trying to make a manager train for example high heading skill but they have a strategy based on short passes what would maybe suit the national team would not suit the manager anyways.
