Thanks, that's the third time you've said that. I'm interested in his view.
However, while I have you here, what are your views on some of the questions I asked other candidates?
I want to proceed with the work begun by Bodzio. The aim for next season, so I wrote a promotion to World Cup. Australian team has the chance and we will try to prove it. We want to focus on ripping reserve personnel, so as to have two strong compositions for the upcoming elimination.
Question for experienced ones... so a 4-star sponsorship comes out... HR recommends take it... do you take it on Day 1 of 3?
Hi Crico
The hard thing with the Aussie team is that there is no depth of talent. Very hard to work on a youth strategy when there is a lack of youth or a "try and win now strategy" when there is a lack of quality starters. Best bet is to work on a mix of both older players and younger players to build for the future.
A big thing is to identify quality youth that are also in a club with quality training facilities (no point finding a good youth in a club where he wont develop). Once a quality player is found work with the manager of said team to get the most out of him ie. train stats correctly, build to the players quality strengths etc.
Grand vision as in long term would be to try and get other managers involved in searching for players, coming up with ideas etc. This will help keep good managers around increasing potential to get quality Aussie players and would make the national team experience a whole lot more fun. Until we have a solid base of good clubs the team will not flourish to compete with some of the better world teams.

Generally, yes. But it depends on the dollar amount. A 4 star offer is pretty good usually. I took a 3 start media offer yesterday.
so far I always takes 4stars or over as once I missed 4 stars and then I got two stars only (twice)..
goooood deal, BF
Just accept it 4and half on media..

I'm not "against" foreigners having the job, I would just prefer there not be a swarm of foreigners all fighting for it and assuming they can do it better.
I was surprised last season and think Bodz did a good job, and Pablo, as his assistant will continue with what Bodz started, so we're already onto a good start.
I voted for what I felt was best for the Aus NT "right now". Saying that, i'm just 1 voter, which isn't much, and next season no doublt i'll feel differently. LOL

Bodziowlodek went on holiday. I do not know when he comes back, so maybe nothing to write.
I see our fellow kiwi/oceania manager, erictheeel (Otago United) has lost his teams erictheeel . Another one down.
