Subject: Staff Salaries

Mine are just under 250K/day as well with most coming from physio, coaches, and managers.
I find the coaches really helpful because mine boosts the practice pts by 0.05-0.10, which is great when your Training is not as high. And the managers are fairly accurate on unscouted qualities although my HR is only lv9.

They're great investments imo.

I don't have a set number I try to keep my salaries at.
Instead I just try to keep my staff's attributes at a decent amount.
