indeed, the ladies final was far from a foregone conclusion. the US women have won three of the last 4 world championships. the two teams are pretty evenly matched.

I'm not. They won Silver in Torino. That team is full of heart and grit. And Kipper has been great.
They tend not to do too well outside of Europe.
