Subject: II.3

I only sold 10,200 seats in the first game of the season. By mid-season though, the OTRs will be up enough that the Pig Pen will be packed regularly.

I haven't invested much in the way of scoreboards, ice quality, etc. because my ticket sales are pretty good without it.

It would appear OTS plays a big role. I thought I'd see a bit of a hit after selling some of my popular players too but not so far *knocks on wood*.

Now predicting 167 OTS.

Two big acquisitions by Edmundston today:
Vilhelm Prinkkilä & Jan Boura

Phew -- tough game against Edmundston who increased their OTS by 9 points since Wednesday to go to 115.

I got a 3-0 win at home, another 20,000 sellout, *BUT* for the 2nd time in 3 games had someone play VH/VH/VH against me! This isn't going to become the norm is it!?!?!

Things can change very fast. A couple of good FA here and there and you can turn around a season. We'll monitor Edmunston...

I lost a close one (2-1) to Badass Machine. Edmunston made another big acquisition in Ľubomír Nešvera

Damn. At this rate (6 OTS/3 games) he'll be at 185 OTS come the playoffs

Big game today. The atmosphere is focused in the RCR dressing room. Players already feel the playoff-like atmosphere as fans heckled them when they got off the bus at the rink. Vlastimil Radosta and his 1.00 GAA and 0.955sv% gets the start. An RCR fan bus made the trip to the game and bought up all remaining tickets. The atmosphere will be electric.

RCR scored early and took the home crowd out of it, but the Raging Pigs have peppered Vlastimil Radosta with shots.

With 11:54 to play in the 3rd, the Raging Pigs score to tie the game at 1-1.

RCR comes back to take the lead 12 seconds later, completely shutting up the raucous crowd.

But the Raging Pigs have continued to fight, literally and figuratively. Dan Gingrich, known for his offensive skills primarily, crashed the net hard and then tussled with Jean-Guy Hadden. The Pigs scored on the next shift.

With 1 minute to play in regulation, the game is tied.

OT is all Pigs right now. RCR are holding on for a shootout...

High energy overtime period. The teams have traded scoring chances equally and goalies on both sides have come up huge. Each play is a nail-biter.
