Unfortunately, you left your training camp too late and played a weaker team. You must be really disappointed. Red Shift is beyond competitive here and yet another season is not going to offer much benefit.

That's the thing. The camp didn't really impact my team. Top-2 lines weren't affected. Third line played 9min/game. What did me in was untimely bad goaltending and lack of scoring.
I am disappointed, for sure. I could use the higher seed and focus on the NC next year. On the bright side, I'll inject some more youth and hope my cash flow isn't hindered too bad.

I'm interested to see what other teams made in revenue this season. Anyone willing to share and compare?

Not sure you want to know... it is gross.

Total Expenses: 1.521B
My salary and maintenance expenses rolled out to ~0.5B this year. That is covered by my tickets, souvies and skyboxes minus 100M. Given similar income this year I should have 0.5B to play with on the market providing I don't make any acquisitions.

Thanks for sharing. I've got a long ways to go
You're well ahead of where I was given your time invested. You're doing very well. My expenses are only increasing so I need to acquire all talent before I plateau. Otherwise it is the age-old cycle of build then re-build.
Sure, I'll share:

You're well on your way, philosopher.
Keep adding to the arena and you'll see that MS sum grow by leaps and bounds, together with ticket sales.
When you invest those bucks into improving the team, you'll win more games and the OTR and league placement will improve leading you to a greater GS.

League should be processed tonight and the schedule up. I'm curious what my first three games will be like. I'll still have guys in camp at that point so a favourable schedule will a big difference.
A difference between finishing first or second ? Common, you won't get a tear from us !
More returning to my current OTR. I surpassed last season's OTR by 1.5 points this year. I suspect I'll need another banner year to do the same - something necessary to keep sponsors where they are.
Wasn't looking for any tears, only that it will be interesting to see.
Side note: In soccer I had a camp spill over and the 2 losses in week 1 knocked me out of the title race... that's how tight it is at the top - no room for error.
