How is everyone's exp coming along? I have guys in the 30s now...

Well why don't we decide on a hardline for numbers. Like primary of 80 and builds of 4:3:2:1 and defenders who are all blue 2:1:1:1 or something? So at least people have targets. Since going solely off of OR isn't the best idea since I seen a transfer yesterday for a goalie with roughly 110 primary but his secondaries were all untouched.
Especially since I know that none of my players will make the cut probably. And I should just throw in the towel in both sports : /

From testing on goalies the best ratio is 4:?:?:2... anything under 2 and the small influences severely hinders performance.
I don't think there are players with 80 primary and a ration of 4:3:3:X:X. At least my golie is one of the best and is not at 80s.
Is this from your own tests or something broader with other managers?

My golie now is 4:3:3:2:2 but I am training to 4:3:3:1:1
Well I was just giving an idea. Not even sure when NTs will start. But should at least know a goal to aim for. Like what would be the best launch point for primaries? 50,60,70,80? What is the aim?
