Ethan Arseneault, solid choice
Dwight Gartlan is the only CM I have close to those standards, but Léon Lineham is a very promising CM prospect who will play 75%+ of next season.
I've added Harvey Patry to the NT. He looks to be the best candidate amongst the recent submissions to the NT database.
He's not Universal, a down-side for any central player. What's his shot like as a CM? Or is he a CD?
I have uploaded my top prospects for you to take a look at. I have a 6/6 666OR 16y/o goalie, a 6/6 643 16 y/o U-center defense, and my 5/6 high AQ guy 15 years old 568. The 5/6 will most likely only be a junior player.

Five Canadian teams will have Level 15 Training completed by the end of the season. Another six teams have Level 15 under construction. And 9 more have Level 14 done or are very close.

Splash some cash and buy a NT player or two. I bought 3 for 200 million. Good deals I must say.
I make 12M/week before expenses. Not really possible.
Nobody is close to you in the Regeneration and Sports Academy race. I don't even think there's a Canadian hockey team as far advanced as you in the 3 training facilities. Impressive work my friend.
