Ok. I was going off thePPM article on it had the following : The number of rounds in a draft is equal to the maximum number of picks a team has in the league.
That was my mistake I guess. I suppose it is lowest to highest number of picks.
How is goalie strentgh calculated in match report? Does 2nd goalie count or just the first?
I have a couple of questions which I'm hoping some experienced managers can help me out with. I've been playing for about 2 months now, so still in my first full season but I have a fair idea of how things work.
1. We are about one-quarter of the way through the season; does anyone have any tips on where players' Seasonal Energy should be at this point? Most of my top 3 lines are sitting around 93-95, am I wearing them out too quickly?
2. Do teams with no GM always play Normal tactics? I'm playing a much stronger team tomorrow that has just switched to computer-managed, so am trying to guess whether it will use the same tactics as yesterday or reset to some sort of default
Any guidance much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Welcome to PPM! Glad you're enjoying it.
1. You're in a good position for energy right now. Sounds like you're conserving it against teams with much lower strength than you. Keep doing what you're doing.
2. Teams with no manager always use Normal tactics and play on Normal Importance.

1. No, 93-95 is not low at this moment. In fact, if I were you I would play them more often with Normal importance or even higher. You can't lose your PO spot, you can't and you shouldn't try to promote right now... so you'd better try to gain some experience for your players, I think
2. Yes, dead teams always play Normal tactics, Normal importance.

According to the guide, when a player is released or not picked up from the academy with over 250 OV, they are immediately made available on the market.
Does this still happen 100% of the time? Is there criteria for when a player is not sold? How long do they go on the market for?

7 days at the time they are fired. If not purchased they retire.
If you wanna run the score up against the computer teams set your tactics to Breaking up the play.
Facilities question here.
I recall an article or post somewhere on this during my previous team days. As I recall, building the Maintenance Center reduces costs as you build up other things. Does anyone recall what the factors are? In other words, at what point does it become worth adding a level to the Maintenance Center?

at your level dont build it. its for people with lots of free money

Keep it 1-2 levels below your big-4 provided your arena is about on par.
