When draft player is scouted and scouting level is 25%. Does already scouted value change more accurate (like B->A), if scouting level gets higher like 100%?

*** Draft update: *** You may have noticed the scouting rating on some of your players has changed. I've reported it and it has been worked on but the root cause has not been uncovered yet. The developers will continue working on this and you can expect an update likely tomorrow. No official verdict or hunch as to whether the new ratings or the old ones are correct.
Yeah it's annoying... I had one A player scouted who is now turned into a B... And I have no idea which of the many B players he is now.
