I presume that "week of the draft" means week from saturday (april 12th) till saturday (april 19th)?

So I should´ve bought that manager with high scoutin ability, though Vlady said that those values won´t change.
The accuracy depends on the scouting of your team. The true value of the player won't change... the bugs just corrected the values we all saw to make them more correct.

I think it is quite clear, that with better managers I would have got more accurate values, so if I would´ve bought them yesterday, it would´ve help me today.

Perhaps. But, this is a one-time bug fix. It won't be true come next draft when the method used now will still be used then. So, get those scouts for next draft 
Yeah. I know that. I´m just a bit annoyed, because it isn´t first time than this kind of thing happens.
The draft is a complicated thing. To be honest, I'm impressed and pleased they've taken it on. We need to be understanding and patient as they work out the growing pains. It'll be a fantastic addition once it is all ironed out.
