I dropped from 26th to 36th. Does that mean that 10 teams got promoted and overtook me in OTR ranking or have i mistaken something?

The more you were on the OTR list - less you fall....it doesn't apply for that saying "The bigger they come, the harder they fall" 
The time will tell that
Quite fond to see teams that promoted now have 100 OTR more than I do and despite being some of the weaker teams in div1 they'll have as high as the 3rd seed in this season's NC.

This is the most serious flaw of this OTR gym to motivate promoting. I have fallen from 6th to 23rd place in our country seedings.
