but in the mid of season your OTR is significantly lower and probably your managers are not 100% thats why the offer in the mid of season was lower for me. but new ofer is same like last year for the boxes which allready have been finished for sponsor offers

my question:

where is sponsor/media/skybox 1 star till 5 star based on?

why 1 day 1, 2 or 3 star and other 4 or 5?

i have the idea that it is random and so no influence from manager. many managers don`t like that and so quit.

I agree panther. I have a deja vu. Last year i got a 4 star offer the first day, didnt accept and got only 1 star offers later.
This season I got a 4 star offer yesterday and today 1 star for main and media.
If I get 1 star again the next 2 days I know that this is another thing I cant manage.
Looking at de ME (yesterday all 4 playoff matches in div 1 were surprise matches) and the sponsor/media/skybox offers I get the feeling I cant manage anything at all.
Since one of the reasons for me to play this game is that there is a lot to manage, i might be one of next 'better' managers in The Netherlands who will quit.

in football at the start of the current season my gen offers were 1*, 2*, 1* and 1*.

me also in soccer 1* but want to know where is the star based on?

in season 6 you played CWC which influenced your offer for season 7. Now you dont have that participation

If it is random, can you then maybe tell what the influence of the stars is on the offer? When i would say 3 stars is 100%, is then 1 star 10% less and 5 stars 10% more? What kind of range should I think about?
And when marketing is 100% how is it possible that i get punished for listening to my marketeers.

Oh, I didn't expect this. So CL/CWC participation in season 8 doesn't influence current skybox offers? Or it does and it will influence next season's offers also?

I cannot give you any concrete numbers. How do you get punished?

the bonus is applied twice. first time when you qualify and second time after the season when you participated.

managers should have at least some control over those stars... at least to effect them with manager % or object level. Poeple with high OTR can get up to 70 millions higher / lower offer because of random... and people with lover OTR can also get up to 15-20 millions higher / lower.. which means much to them. Give people some control over that "random"... we are fighting 112 days for better OTR, playoff position etc., and then random decides about 20% of contract...
