Contract rating? I'm not sure what you meant...

It brings rage to the managers...

It shows you how good or bad your offer was in the approximately 20ish% range that offers can fluctuate for your numbers.

So, team with exactly the same stats that are counted for the offers can get for example 100M per season with 1* offer, and can get 120M per season with 5* offers. It depedns only on your luck where in that range will you get your offer.

can anyone please write the locations of easter eggs. =)
